1) How do I return/exchange my ring?

2) How do I clean/ take care of my ring?
In order to prevent any product build-up such as makeup, hair products, body oil/lotion we recommend cleaning your ring when that first-time sparkle begins to dull! A safe way to clean your ring is to pour a small amount of a mild liquid detergent (pH neutral) in lukewarm water and use a small, soft brush. Soft bristled toothbrushes are actually ideal for cleaning intricate designs which can otherwise be difficult to clean. Rinse and pat dry with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid polishing liquids, ultrasonic cleaning, strong chemicals, and “home remedies”. These kinds of remedies will often damage the surface of the precious metals.
Jewelry tarnishing occurs under moist or wet conditions, especially when also exposed to warmth and air. Your ring should never be worn in the bath, the sauna or when participating in sports. Frequent contact with makeup, hairspray, creams and perfumes can also speed up the tarnishing process. We recommend that you limit your ring exposure to household chemicals when cleaning, or when swimming in chlorinated or salt water, as it can also cause damage. A good rule of thumb is to let jewelry be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you remove in the evening!
When jewelry is not worn, it should be stored be stored away from natural sunlight and heat in a (lined) protective box or in a tarnish resistant pouch.

3) What materials are used for your rings?
All Kate Sparkle rings are handcrafted with a solid, 925 sterling silver base. More information can be found on each product page!
What is 925 Sterling Silver?
Pure silver is usually too soft for jewelry meaning that it will scratch easily. It is therefore alloyed (mixed with other metals) to improve its durability. Sterling silver is the world’s most popular silver alloy. It consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. It is excellent for jewelry because it preserves the color, lustre and heft of pure silver and vastly improves its durability!
What is Rhodium Plating?
Rhodium plating is a precious metal belonging to the platinum group of metals. Kate Sparkle’s rose gold, black gold, and champagne gold jewelry is plated with rhodium. The coating of rhodium ensures a bright lustre, durable and scratch resistant surface which can be polished to a high shine.
4) Will my ring tarnish or turn my finger green?
Although that green tinge is often associated with cheaper jewelry, it also happens with the pricey stuff too as it’s a fairly common chemical reaction. The green color is usually a result of a metal in the jewelry reacting with your skin — or something on your skin most likely. Examples include lotion, soap, hair product, and even your own sweat and skin moisture! The easiest way to prevent this green stain is to avoid the products and activities that cause it. For example, taking your jewelry off before washing with soap, gardening and yard work, or styling your hair with products will reduce your chances of going green!
5) Do you offer customized rings?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at this time.
6) Which countries do you ship to?
Kate Sparkle ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Switzerland, New Zealand, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
7) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, some prepaid credit cards and Visa Debit cards. Some Visa Debit cards have more strict security settings than others and we may be unable to process them.
8) I need to make changes on my recent order, what do I do?

Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is fulfilled because we’re hustling to make sure your beautiful new ring gets to your door quickly! We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address — so check that info twice!
9) How long does shipping usually take?
Orders within United States & Canada typically take 3-7 business days and are sent via USPS First-Class Mail® or Canada Post. International orders are sent via Asendia International Priority Tracked and take between 4-21 business days (options will vary). Please note that this just an estimate for shipping, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
10) My package shows delivered, but I can't find it?
Oh no! If your tracking number shows the package has arrived, but you are unable to find it please contact our support team so we can assist you in filing a lost package claim or police report. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped it off.

12) How often do you restock?
Oh no, we’re sorry! We always try our best to re-order as soon as our stock numbers become low. We recommend you sign up your email address when a product sells out. That way, you’ll be notified via email as soon as your size is available again!
13) Do you offer half sizes or can my ring be resized?
Unfortunately, we can only process exchanges for a size bigger or smaller and cannot accommodate for half-sizes. If you think it is just a half size different we recommend resizing through your local jeweler.
